HUMANITY FLIGHT

I’m officially a pilot, and for my next humanitarian campaign, I’m using aviation to raise awareness of the current homelessness crisis in the Puget Sound.

In fact, due to the rise of rent, cost of living, budget cuts, and the housing crisis, homelessness is at an all time high in our Community. Since 2022 there has been a 23% increase in homelessness in King County and an 11% in Pierce County.

Between now and November, I will be campaigning and asking the community to help me raise $30,000 for homelessness. If we reach our milestone, I will pilot a plane and flight from Tacoma to Olympia during the week before Thanksgiving.

This will be called my “Humanity Flight”

If we don’t reach this number, I will cancel the flight and try again on another date until we reach the goal.

But if we do, not only will I take my flight to the capital, but I will host an event inside the State Capitol building, inviting leaders, business people, politicians, the community, and YOU to come and have a conversation about ending homelessness in the Puget Sound.

I call this event the “Humanity Summit.”

All who have a desire to create solutions to fight poverty, inequality, and homelessness will be welcome regardless of their political leaning, religion, or class.

This month, I will be scheduling meetings with politicians and leaders to gain support and to invite people to come to the Humanity Summit in November.

If you are interested in volunteering to help organize the event please reach out to me.

If you’d like to donate, there’s a donate button below for “Humanity Flight.”

The $30,000 will go towards the plan we create during the “Humanity Summit” and will help to launch the new effort.

Hope has a flight path.
